Fernandez cuts ribbon for Metro Group US$100M project in Juan Dolio
Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.- President Leonel Fernandez today headed the ribbon cutting for the project Marbella by Metro Country Club Juan Dolio, of the Group Metro, at a cost of more than US$100 million.
The chief executive said the work is important for Juan Dolio, and announced the repairs of the municipality’s streets to contribute to the zone’s advance in tourism, and pledged to make the resort town into one of the country’s most attractive areas in a short time.
Metro president Luis Jose Asilis said with the project’s 301 apartments and 800 hotel rooms their total developments now are more than 1,200 rooms, adding that the new apartments cost between US$300,000 to US$1.0 million.
